Honors College Fiberthon Nov. 19

Join us and knit/crochet the evening away!

On Nov. 19, 2024, from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the Honors College (RLL), the Honors College Knitting Club will host a Fiberthon to benefit our Las Vegas community members who are struggling with housing insecurity.

We have yarn! Bring your needles and hooks to knit or crochet hats and squares (that will become blankets) for distribution by local nonprofits.

Come for the entire event or just stop by. We’d love to see you and have the chance to chat while we make stitches. There will be snacks!

Can’t make the event but want to help? You can still participate by dropping off your hats and/or squares (8x8 inches or 4x4 inches). Find the collection box in the Honors College through the month of November.
