Help Expand the Represent Collection: Submit Your Suggestions

The University Libraries invites you to help grow the Represent Collection! This community-selected collection includes books, films, and other materials that reflect the diversity of UNLV and represent the cultures, histories, and lived experiences of our university community.

We want our collections to better reflect the perspectives and voices of our students, faculty, and staff. That’s why all additions to the Represent Collection come from your recommendations! Through April 30, you can submit suggestions for content that you believe should be included—whether it’s a novel, documentary, biography, cookbook, poetry collection, or any other resource that represents the UNLV community.

How to Participate

  1. Visit Represent Collection website to learn more
  2. Submit your recommendations through the submission form.
  3. Browse existing Represent Collection materials online or in-person at the mobile book display in the Lied Library foyer (April 11-26)

The Libraries will make every effort to acquire suggested content, guided by availability, cost, and alignment with program goals. This initiative supports UNLV’s core values of equity and inclusion while helping to build a collection that fosters belonging and representation for all.

Join us in shaping a more inclusive library collection. Submit your suggestions.
