Grant Writing 101 for Non-Profits Virtual Workshop Sept. 17

This virtual writing workshop will provide an overview of best practices for grant writing for non-profit organizations. Participants will learn about funding sources, grant proposals, program narratives, and tips and strategies for grant writing for non-profit and public institutions. Taught by Jason Flatt, associate professor in the UNLV School of Public Health, and Laura Hernandez, director of Youth and Senior Programs at the LGBTQ+ Center of Southern Nevada. 

The workshop will take place Tuesday, Sept. 17, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.  

Attendees must register via the NMHEC website by Monday, Sept. 16 at noon. Click on the title of the workshop to register.
