Collective Care Through Challenging Times – A Campus Compact Coalition Conversation July 11

In the midst of active campus protests, external financial pressures, and mounting election season tension, Campus Compact understands that many of us are focusing all of our energy on supporting students and surviving within our contexts. Self-care often takes a backseat, reduced to wishful thinking about a summer vacation or a perpetually rescheduled day off.

UNLV faculty and staff are invited to join fellow practitioners in a Campus Compact Coalition Conversation on "Before Burnout: Creating Collective Care through Challenging Times."

  • Date: Thursday, July 11, 2024
  • Time: 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
  • Location: Virtual

Discuss, share, and practice ways of collective care that can sustain practitioners before, during, and after difficult periods on campuses. Explore how to transform your individual commitments and practices into a shift in campus culture, starting with your own offices.

This event is free and open to UNLV faculty and staff through the university’s membership with Campus Compact. Advance registration is required.
