Attend the 'Let's Talk About Consent' Presentations on April 9 & 16

Join the Care Center this Sexual Assault Awareness Month for two important presentations focused on consent. We’ll explore what consent really means, why it matters in all relationships, and how to have clear, respectful conversations with your partners. Additionally, we’ll dive into the significance of Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM) and Denim Day, highlighting ways to take action and support survivors.

Session Details:

  • Virtual Session: April 9, 1 p.m.-2 p.m. (Google Meets)
  • In-Person Session: April 16, 1 p.m.-2:30 p.m. (Student Union 218)

What to Expect:

  • Free snacks and swag
  • Healthy ways to communicate consent in various relationships
  • A deeper understanding of consent and how it applies to all aspects of life
  • Discussions around the importance of SAAM and Denim Day in supporting victim-survivors
  • Ways to give consent and recognize it
