The UNLV Office of Accessibility Resources (OAR) has scheduled the following online training and workshops:

Ally Workshops and Open Labs

For information on the Ally tool in WebCampus, please register for the structured overview workshops. If you are already familiar with Ally and digital accessibility and wish to have assistance addressing accessibility issues, please register for the open-ended drop-in sessions.

• Accessibility Virtual Office Hours/Drop-In: Monday, April 7, from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Ally [WebCampus] Tool Workshop: Monday, April 14, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
• Ally [WebCampus] Tool Workshop: Monday, April 28, from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Accessible Document and Presentation Training

• Accessible Syllabus: Wednesday, April 9, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
• PDF Accessibility: Friday, April 18, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
• PowerPoint Accessibility (Windows): Wednesday, April 23, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
• Accessible Syllabus: Thursday, April 24, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Foundations of Accessibility Training

• FOA (single-day): Friday, April 25, from 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (with a 1-hour lunch break)
• FOA (split-day): Wednesday, April 9, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Wednesday, April 16, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
