Human Resources is pleased to announce that Amber Kotula has been appointed manager of temporary employment and Human Capital Management (HCM) support effective May 1.

In this role, Kotula will support a team that manages the day-to-day workflow of HR transactions for temporary employees, including letter of appointments (LOAs), temporary hourly, and student workers. The team also supports HCM-related issues, including the Form I-9, underpayments, overpayments, duplicate records, and more.  

Kotula joined the UNLV temp-hire and HCM support team in December 2022 as a personnel analyst. Before coming to UNLV, she worked as a personnel technician at the Nevada Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation HR office.
