Academic Faculty: Required Okta Verify Authentication Coming Oct. 1

If you haven’t switched to Okta Verify yet, you should do that before the weekend ends. This is a reminder that academic faculty will need to use Okta Verify to log into campus applications with their ACE account starting Tuesday, Oct. 1.

Switch to Okta Verify now.

A faster, more secure multifactor authentication (MFA) experience, Okta Verify features one-tap notifications, works with or without cell and internet connections, and the app can be added to multiple devices, so you can access services if you forget a device.

If Okta Verify isn’t the best option, contact the IT Help Desk for another secure MFA option. For more information, view the Okta Verify MFA announcement on the UNLV IT site.
