A series of seminars concerning women's health issues will be offered by the Jean Nidetch Women's Center at UNLV in October and November.

All the sessions will be presented by Dr. Laura Culley. They are free and open to the public.

The schedule for the sessions, all of which will take place from noon to 1 p.m. in the Moyer Student Union, is as follows:

* Oct. 25, "What Every Woman Needs to Know About Breast Cancer."
* Nov. 8, "How to Organize Your Routine Health Check-Up."
* Nov. 29, "Health and Prevention of Disease: Your Role."
