The Saltman Center for Conflict Resolution at the UNLV Boyd School of Law presents a panel discussion with top gaming executives, poker players and scholars who will provide insight into how poker playing strategies can be applied in business dealings, legal proceedings and everyday life.
"How to Play Your Hand: Lessons from Poker for Negotiators," will feature the following panelists: Jack Binion, a leading gaming executive whose family established the famed Binion's Horseshoe Casino in Las Vegas which hosted the first World Series of Poker; Annie Duke, a professional poker player who was the World Series of Poker bracelet winner in 2004; Russell Korobkin, a UCLA law professor who teaches contracts and negotiation and is the author of "Negotiation Theory and Strategy;" and Howard Lederer, a professional poker player and World Series of Poker bracelet winner in 2000 and 2001.
