UNLV's James R. Dickinson Library recently announced new hours for the period beginning May 11 and continuing through Aug. 16.

On May 11 and 12 and again on May 18 and 19, the library will be closed.

From May 13-17, the library will be open 1-5 p.m. However, the round building at the library will be closed on May 13 for repair work.

From May 20 through Aug. 16, the library will be open 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays; 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Fridays; 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturdays; and noon to 9 p.m. Sundays.

The special collections section of the library, however, will be open only 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays through Fridays during the period of May 20 through August 16.

Exceptions to the above schedules will occur on May 27, June 8 and 9, and July 4, 13, and 14, when the library will be closed.
