WHAT: The UNLV College of Business will honor Thalia Dondero, J. Terrence "Terry" Lanni, and Charles A. "Chuck" Lenzie as Nevada's most influential business leaders. These individuals will be inducted into the 2009 Nevada Business Hall of Fame at a dinner ceremony co-sponsored by Deloitte LLP. The College of Business created the Nevada Business Hall of Fame in 2002 to honor top business leaders who have contributed to the economic prosperity of Nevada.
WHEN: Thursday, Feb. 19, 2009. The reception begins at 6 p.m. followed by an awards presentation at 7 p.m.
WHERE: The Mirage, 3400 S. Las Vegas Blvd.
DETAILS: Paul Jarley, Dean of the College of Business, will host the event and Sue Manteris, news anchor at KVBC-TV 3, will be the master of ceremonies. With a $5,000 donation, leadership sponsors receive a table for 10 people and an invitation to attend the Dean's Reception. Without a sponsorship, the cost for a table of 10 is $2,500. The cost for an individual seat is $275. Proceeds from the event will be used to support the College of Business.
