UNLV students and the general public are invited to watch a televised broadcast of the third and final presidential debate of 2016, which will be held across campus at the Thomas & Mack Center. The watch event is free, but guests are required to present tickets obtained beforehand through an online registration form.
***NOTE: A ticket to the televised watch event *will not* gain entrance to the debate at the Thomas & Mack Center.***

5 to 8 p.m., Weds., Oct. 19. The presidential debate will begin at 6 p.m.

Help UNLV mark its big moment in time as we celebrate the final presidential debate taking place on our campus Oct. 19. Food, a live DJ, debate swag, and raffle prizes will add to the festive atmosphere as UNLV students, faculty, staff, and the general public watch the televised broadcast at UNLV’s Student Union.
Doors open for UNLV students, faculty, and staff at 5 p.m. Doors open to the general public at 5:30 p.m. The televised broadcast begins promptly at 6 p.m.
Admission is free, but tickets are required. Tickets — available first-come, first-serve — are limited to four per guest and are available only through the registration website. Online ticket registration closes at 5 p.m. on Oct. 19. Screening and security checks will take place prior to entrance. All ticketed guests should be prepared to show an NSHE (Rebel Card) and/or government issued ID.

Due to heavy demand and limited space, additional media reservations to cover the campus watch event will not be accepted at this time. Media are also encouraged to consider covering watch events at the College of Southern Nevada and Nevada State College.

The event — held in the Nursing, Science & Education (NSE) Building’s auditorium — is free and open to the public, with free parking available throughout campus. Light refreshments will be served at 5:30 p.m. before viewing the debate at 6 p.m.
