Stuart B. Tennant, vice president for enrollment management at Frostburg State University in Maryland, has been hired for a similar position at UNLV.

Tennant will begin his new job as assistant vice president for enrollment management/dean of admissions on Monday (April 30), Juanita Fain, UNLV's vice president for administration, announced.

At UNLV, Tennant will oversee the offices of admissions, student financial services, and registrar.

Before moving to Frostburg, he served as vice president for student affairs at the University of Northern Colorado and at Willamette University in Salem, Ore.

Tennant earned three degrees from Ohio State University -- a doctoral degree in educational policy and leadership and master's and bachelor's degrees in English literature.
