A speech at UNLV by noted Russian scholar and politician Arthur Chilingarov has been canceled. He had been scheduled to speak Thursday afternoon.
Chilingarov was unexpectedly called back to Russia, forcing him to cancel a number of engagements both in Las Vegas and Southern California.
