WHAT: Local and national economists will discuss the recession, the status of the Southern Nevada economy and predicted economic trends at the UNLV Center for Business and Economic Research semi-annual economic outlook conference. The family of the late R. Keith Schwer, Ph.D., UNLV professor and long-time director of the center, will provide opening remarks.

o Esmael Adibi, director of the A. Gary Anderson Center for Economic Research at Chapman University
