The Nevada Small Business Development Center is offering a new professional training seminar, titled "Relationship Marketing: Create Customers for Life."
The class, cosponsored by UNLV's College of Business, will be held from 9 a.m. to noon on April 18 at the Nevada Cooperative Extension Training Facility, 2590 Lindell Rd. The cost to attend is $35.
The course focuses on the principle that it is easier to retain current customers than to attract new ones. Business owners will learn how to market their companies by building strong relationships with their customers.
Charles Desidario, director of development and marketing for the Salvation Army, will teach the seminar.
To register, call Sharon Fusco at 734-7575 or visit the center's Web site at www.nsbdc.org/calendar.
