Cinderella is the only musical Rodgers and Hammerstein wrote for television, originally premiering March 31,1957 on CBS. This enchanting musical, adapted for the stage, includes such memorable classics as "In My Own Little Corner," "Impossible," "Ten Minutes Ago," and "Do I Love You Because You're Beautiful?"
Cinderella director Robert Brewer and scenic designer Joe Varga have constructed an art deco look to complement the action of the play set in the 1920's - 30's. This version of the musical is different from the Disney animated film version, so there are no mice rolling a pumpkin on stage.
Choreographing the production are Tammy and Rick Pessagno. David Weiller is the musical director, with Reyna Martinez on costumes and Jay LeDane on lights.
Celeste Lero plays Cinderella and Steve Booth portrays Prince Charming. Maggie Chapin is the stepmother and Kashena Sampson and Amme Milton are the stepsisters. Jonathan E. Shultz is the King, with Susanne Burns as Queen. Others in the cast include Sherri Brewer, Robert Howard, Paul Finocchiaro, Sean C.
