Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., will discuss the environmental record of the Bush administration at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 7 in the Classroom Building Complex, Room A-112. The speech, which is being sponsored by CSUN student government, is free and open to the public.
Kennedy is speaking in conjunction with the publication of his book, "Crimes Against Nature: How George W. Bush and His Corporate Pals Are Plundering the Country and Hijacking our Democracy."
During his speech, Kennedy will detail the environmental and political implications of Bush's rollbacks of more than 200 environmental laws that were designed to protect the nation's air, water, public lands, and wildlife.
