A plant sale to benefit the UNLV Arboretum has been scheduled for April 13 on the university campus.
A wide variety of water-efficient plants will be offered for sale, including many southwestern plants that often are difficult to find for sale in Southern Nevada.
The event will take place from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. in the parking lot located directly north of the Marjorie Barrick Museum of Natural History. This part of campus is accessible by turning east on Harmon Avenue from Swenson Street.
Proceeds from the sale will be used to improve the UNLV Arboretum.
