New and transfer students enrolling in UNLV's Greenspun College of Urban Affairs are invited to learn about majors in communication, criminal justice, human services counseling, public and health care administration, and social work during a university-wide spring orientation set for Jan. 11-12.
The college's six departments and schools will hold orientation sessions at the Classroom Building Complex on the following times and dates:
-- Hank Greenspun School of Communication, 10:15 - 10:45 a.m. Jan. 11 in Room A-106.
-- Criminal Justice, 11-11:30 a.m. Jan. 11 in Room A-108.
-- Human Services Counseling, 2:15-2:45 p.m. Jan. 11 in Room A-112.
-- Social Work, 3-3:30 p.m. Jan. 11 in Room A-106.
-- Environmental Studies, 11-11:30 a.m. Jan. 12 in Room A-110.
-- Public and Health Care Administration, 2:15-2:45 p.m. Jan. 12 in Room A-112.
New students also are invited to meet the college's faculty at a reception to be held 3:45-4:45 p.m. Jan. 11 in the Moyer Student Union, Room 201.
