The Ninth Annual Law School Forum 1994 will be held Nov. 19, 10 a.m.-2 p.m., in the lobby of the Judy Bayley Theatre.
The forum will provide an opportunity for open recruiting for American Bar Association-approved law schools in the United States, all of which have been invited to attend.
The event is open to the public free of charge, and all persons interested in law school are encouraged to attend.
Participants can talk directly with representatives from law schools across the nation and obtain catalogs and financial aid information. They can also learn what one should look for in a law school and learn why minorities should consider law school.
The forum is being sponsored by UNLV, the Community College of Southern Nevada, and the UNLV Alumni Association. Representatives from Phi Alpha Delta Pre-law Fraternity International, the Minority Pre-Law Association, and the Criminal Justice Association will also be present.
For more information, call Dr. Larry Strate, the UNLV coordinator, at 895-3010.
