India Student Association of UNLV, Maitri, is hosting its annual event, Utsaah, on Sunday, April 16 at 4:30 p.m. in the Moyer Student Union Ballroom, located on the campus of UNLV.

Utsaah is an opportunity for members of the community to celebrate and learn about Indian culture.

Attendees are invited to enjoy dance and song performances by members of Maitri, as well as sample traditional Indian dishes provided by local restaurant India Oven. The event will also include speeches from Eric Sandgren, dean of the College of Engineering; Ajit Roy, engineering professor; Kristen Young, director of International Students and Scholars; and Regent Bret Whipple. Festivities will conclude with a dance party.

Ustaah is open to the public. Tickets are $15 for general admission or $10 for UNLV students and are available at the following locations:
