WHAT: Howard Dean - a 2004 presidential candidate for the Democratic Party and former chairman of the Democratic National Committee - and Karl Rove former deputy chief of staff and senior adviser to President George W. Bush -will debate issues such as health care reform, foreign affairs and economics at the next Barrick Lecture Series. Dean, a physician who was governor of Vermont for six terms, is a frequent contributor to CNBC and founded Democracy for America. Rove is a political strategist and a contributor to Fox News, The Wall Street Journal and Newsweek magazine.
