UNLV President Carol C. Harter is extending an invitation to her annual State of the University Address to all UNLV students.

The speech is scheduled for 2 p.m. Sept. 14 in Judy Bayley Theatre. Students are encouraged to attend.

Students also are invited to attend the reception following the speech. The reception, take place in the lobby of Artemus W. Ham Concert Hall.
