WHAT: Join UNLV College of Fine Arts students at a free performance of the show they are taking to the 2009 Adelaide Fringe Festival in Australia later this month.
Produced by the UNLV College of Fine Arts, this original production of song, dance and comedy is based on The Las Vegas Show, a live television program that originated from Las Vegas in 1967. You'll be entertained as veteran lounge performers fight to keep the show fresh and funny while the meddlesome network struggles financially.
The Adelaide Fringe Festival is renowned for fresh ideas, risk, imagination, spontaneity and fun. It is the largest arts event in Australia and only rivaled by the Edinburgh Fringe on a worldwide scale. Artists from across the globe participate in all art forms. For independent artists, it's an inspirational environment. For audiences, it's an atmosphere that encourages taking a chance on something new.
