"Con Safos: An Evening of Chicano Poetry" will be held from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. April 5 at UNLV's Moyer Student Union.

The event will give students, faculty, and community members an opportunity to hear works by Chicano, African-American, and American Indian writers. In addition, participants can share their own works during an "open mike" session.
