Authors Karenmary Penn and Constance Ford will read selections from their works of fiction during a Sept. 9 University Forum lecture at UNLV.
Widely published in a variety of periodicals, Penn and Ford are both UNLV Schaeffer Fellows and hold master's of fine arts degrees in creative writing. Although primarily known for their short stories, both authors are currently in the process of completing their first novels.
The lecture will be held at 7:30 p.m. in the auditorium of the Marjorie Barrick Museum of Natural History. All University Forum lectures are free and open to the public.
