Biography

Yeonsoo Kim has been in the human resources field both professionally and academically for more than 15 years. She is an assistant professor in the School of Public Policy and Leadership at UNLV. In that capacity, she teaches and conducts research in the field of Human Resource Management and Development. Her research interests include human resource development, strategic human resource management, talent management, organization development in both public and private sector.
