Yuri Graves Helming UNLV’s Emergency Preparedness Efforts

The university's emergency manager comes by his experience with crisis planning courtesy of the U.S. Coast Guard.

Yuri Graves, UNLV's first emergency manager. (He is part of police services.) He will be studying UNLV's emergency procedures (the RebelSafe App, the emergency telephones, crisis plans, etc., etc.) and improving upon them.
