Zakai Olsen (Mechanical Engineering) just had the paper titled "A hyperelastic porous media framework for ionic polymer-metal composite actuators and sensors: thermodynamically consistent formulation and nondimensionalization of the field equations" published in Smart Material and Structures journal. Olsen just completed his PhD and authored the paper along with Kwang Kim, Distinguished Professor of Mechanical Engineering.
