Tyler D. Parry (Interdisciplinary, Gender, and Ethnic Studies) was appointed the senior editor of Black Perspectives, the award-winning blog of the African American Intellectual History Society. A leading publication in Black intellectual history, Parry will review pitches, commission pieces, and make final editorial decisions regarding the essays appearing on the blog. He is an assistant professor of African American and Africa Diaspora Studies.
