Dr. Tina Brandon Abbatangelo (Dental) has been honored by the Peter Emily International Veterinary Dental Foundation (PEIVDF) with its annual Foundation Award acknowledging her outstanding contributions to the organization. According to the announcement, “Dr. Tina Brandon-Abbatangelo has been a dedicated volunteer with PEIVDF for 13 years and is currently serving on the board of directors. She has attended many missions and has used her skills to help countless animals. She is an outspoken advocate for PEIVDF and uses her many platforms including being a two-time Ms. Nevada winner to promote the Foundation’s work. We are so thankful for Tina and for all of her hard work on behalf of PEIVDF!”
She has authored two children’s books about PEIVDF and animal dentistry, donating all proceeds to the foundation, and recently placed fourth in the Ms. U.S. World Universal pageant, where she explained why she’s so passionate about the foundation’s mission.
