Timothy Erwin (English) has agreed to serve a second term as Traveling Lecturer for the West by the Jane Austen Society of North America during 2017-18, and will continue speaking to groups in the region dedicated to the novelist. He also has been named chair of the Traveling Jam Pot Committee of the American Society for Eighteenth-Century Studies, allocating funding to graduate students for travel to the annual conference.
