Thomas Bloodgood III (Healthcare Administration and Policy) is a recipient of the undergraduate Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) Scholarship Award for 2024.

The HIMSS Foundation awards two $5,000 HIMSS Student Member scholarships annually: one to an undergraduate and one to a graduate student. The scholarships are for HIMSS student members who have achieved academic excellence and demonstrate the potential to be future health information and technology leaders. In addition to financial awards, recipients also receive complimentary access to the HIMSS Global Health Conference and Exhibition.
