Terry Deem (Libraries) was the winner of the University Libraries' spring Inspirational Customer Service Award, which recognizes individual staff efforts to provide and/or support excellent customer service to library patrons. Her inspirational spirit, her work for the faculty orientation group, and her role in the student employment leadership group all were noted by her nominators. As the first point of contact for many staff, faculty, and student workers, she sets the tone for professional customer service for all in the University Libraries to follow.
