Siddharth Raich, Priyambda Kumra, Asma Awan, Manoj Sharma (all Social and Behavioral Health), Chia-Liang Dai (Teaching and Learning), and Buddhadeb Dawn, Kavita Batra, Aditi Singh (all Medicine), presented their poster, "Yoga as a complementary therapy to manage physiological and psychological outcomes of digestive disorders: The current state of interventions" during the American Public Health Association 2023 Annual Meeting on Nov. 14 in Atlanta, Georgia, as part of the Integrative, Complementary and Traditional Health Practices: Synthesis and Dissemination of the Evidence of Integrative Health Practice session. The study aimed to analyze yoga interventions as a complementary therapy for digestive disorders and provide recommendations and the need for randomized controlled trials to analyze sustained digestive health among those who practice yoga.
