Sidath Kapukotuwa (Social and Behavioral Health), Ravi Batra (Environmental and Occupational Health), Kavita Batra (Medicine; Office of Research), Chia-Liang Dai (Teaching and Learning), and Manoj Sharma (Social and Behavioral Health) presented their poster, "Yoga for osteoarthritis: Current state of interventions," during the American Public Health Association 2023 Annual Meeting on Nov. 14, 2023, in Atlanta, Georgia, as part of the Synthesis and Dissemination of the Evidence of Integrative Health Practice. The study aimed to synthesize the evidence of yoga as a useful and effective modality in improving symptoms and quality of life (QoL) among OA patients. Kapukotuwa is graduate student.
