Rithesh Shivuni, Sabrina Moore, and Shashi Nambisan (all Civil and Environmental Engineering and Construction) co-authored the presentation “An Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Speed Feedback Signs in the City of Las Vegas." Shivuni and Nambisan presented it at the 2022 Institute of Transportation Engineers Mountain District’s annual meeting in Boise, Idaho, earlier this month. In addition to being a professor, Nambisan is director of the Transportation Research Center. Both Moore and Shivuni are graduate students.

Additionally, Shivuni and Nambisan co-authored and presented “Development and Application of a Safety Index for Transit Stops: A Case Study in Las Vegas, Nevada,” at the meeting.
