Brantner focused on “Improving Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in the Older Adult Population Utilizing Shared Medical Appointments in Primary Care Setting.” 

Simonds focused on “Patients; Enabled, Engaged, and Empowered: Implementation of a Mobile Patient Engagement Technology."
