Ruben J. Garcia (Law) will give the keynote address at the regional meeting of the National Center for the Study of Collective Bargaining in Higher Education and the Professions at California State University, Long Beach on Dec. 6. The lecture, "Life After Janus: Lessons from Nevada," will be part of the two-day conference, which includes panels on sexual harassment, Latinx faculty in the academy, and best practices in responding to disciplinary issues.
