Romeo Jackson (Student Diversity & Social Justice) was recently awarded the Dr. Sheltreese D. McCoy Advocacy Award from the Coalition of Sexuality and Gender Identities, which is a part of the American College Personnel Association . The Dr. Sheltreese D. McCoy Advocacy Award is given in recognition of significant student or staff advocacy for the queer, transgender, Black, indigenous, people of color communities.
