Rian Satterwhite (Service Learning and Leadership) recently served as a facilitator for the inaugural Campus Compact Changemakers Retreat, hosted by the Community Engagement Center at the University of Nebraska-Omaha. Satterwhite also served as a member of the eight-person design team that created the event and built its curriculum. The retreat centered social change and equity while navigating institutional challenges, developing collective leadership strategies, and identifying individual pathways as a changemaker. Community engagement professionals from 16 institutions participated in the retreat.
