Rei Serafica (Nursing) has been awarded the American Association for Men in Nursing (AAMN) Gene Trabenger National Award for outstanding writing. This award is given to nurse scholars who made substantial contribution to nursing, men in nursing, student nurses, or men's health through their writings. He was selected using an award-specific criterion through a blind review process. He will be honored at the 45th annual AAMN conference via virtual format later this month.
