Qing Wu, Yingke Xu (both Epidemiology and Biostatistics), and Jovan Alvarez (Life Sciences) published an article on “Tricyclic Antidepressant Use and Risk of Fractures: A Meta-Analysis of Cohort Studies through the Use of Both Frequentist and Bayesian Approaches” in the Journal of Clinical Medicine.
This meta-analysis aimed to quantitatively assess all eligible cohort studies that examined the effect of TCA use on fracture risk and to obtain a more comprehensive assessment and a more precise and accurate estimate about this effect.
