Orlando White (Residential Life) won the regional National Residence Hall Honorary "Of the Month" (OTM) honor for October. He was selected by student representatives from states throughout the inter-mountain region. His students nominated him, and described him as encouraging "RHA (Residence Hall Association), NRHH (National Residence Hall Honorary), and the resident assistants to think outside of the norm. During both the NRHH and RHA meetings, he not only advises his students, but also helps them by bringing new, fun-filled event ideas to the table. He challenges our opinions and helps us see things from a new perspective. He often brings up topics that are hot in the news and has us think, as a team, how that affects us and what we can do to bring awareness to our residents. He is truly deserving of the Advisor OTM award."
