Nirmala Lekhak (Nursing) was one of 30 participants selected to participate in a workshop, Forming Science-Industry Research Collaborations, organized by the Stanford Center on Longevity and Duke Center for Interdisciplinary Decision Science at the Gerontological Society of America Conference in Austin, Texas. The workshop provided participants with tools and resources to establish relationships with non-academic collaborators, as they pursue their research aims. She also presented a poster at the conference.
