Niki Fullmer (Libraries) is the winner of the Libraries' Innovative Solutions and Customer Service Award. She was nominated for her exceptional work to engage library patrons using creative book displays that highlight the Libraries' diverse collections. Fullmer has collaborated with the Flora and Stuart Mason Peer Research Coaches to create weekly and monthly displays of books and other media about cultural heritage, social movements, and historically underrepresented groups. Some examples include a display about queer cowboy culture in Southern Nevada for Pride Month, a display on Two-Spirit Peoples for Native American Heritage Month, and four separate displays for Banned Books Week.
