Nancy Rapoport (Law) was recently published in the American Bankruptcy Law Journal (volume 97, issue 2) for an article she co-wrote with Joseph R. Tiano, Jr. titled, "Reimagining "Reasonableness" Under Section 330(a) in a World of Technology, Data, and Artificial Intelligence." The article discusses the differences people will see in job function and the way legal services are provided as legal work looks forward to 2030.
