Nathan Higgins, Breanne Yerkes, Karli Nave, and Joel Snyder (all Psychology), along with former post-doctoral psychology fellows David Little and Abin Kuruvilla-Mathew, as well as Mounya Elhilali, a professor at Johns Hopkins University, have published a paper on the neural basis of auditory consciousness titled "Neural Correlates of Perceptual Switching while Listening to Bistable Auditory Streaming Stimuli" in the journal Neuroimage. Higgins is a post-doctoral psychology fellow, while Yerkes and Nave are psychology doctoral students. All are members of the Auditory Cognitive Neuroscience Laboratory.
